Heatherslade House is family and dog friendly. Located in Southgate, which is a beautiful village in the community of Pennard, in the Gower Peninsula. 

 

Southgate is within walking distance of Three Cliffs Bay, Pennard Castle, Pennard Golf Club, Pwlldu Bay and Pobbles Bay. A range of pubs, restaurants, cafe's to enjoy are all a short walk away.

Heatherslade House is a newly renovated and refurbished 4 bed holiday home with a hot tub. Just a short walk to the coast of the Gower Peninsula. 

Perfect for holidays, short breaks and if you're moving or working in Swansea on a short or long term contract, this cosy stylish home offers peace, space and tranquillity.

The four-bedroom house provides spacious and modern accommodation with an open plan kitchen and dining area, leading onto the garden with an outdoor table and seating area perfect for dinning alfresco . The house is ideal for those who enjoy being sociable and cooking.

Fitted with a combination of comfortable, contemporary and traditional furnishings, the living area is equipped with a Smart TV and an Amazon Echo-dot that connects to Alexa allowing you to play music, read the news or even find out the weather. 

Three bedrooms have king-size beds.  One has single bunk beds.  All bedrooms have wardrobes with drawers and storage space.

Downstairs, there is a walk in shower room and toilet. The upstairs bathroom has a bath & shower.

Hot Tub Supplement £75 per stay. This must be pre-arranged with us directly. We also need at least 48 hours notice if you would like to add this on to your booking. 

 

Dog Supplement £60 per trip, maximum 2 dogs.

Situated on the spectacular five-mile sweep of Swansea Bay, on the sandy coastline of South Wales, the city of Swansea enjoys a breath-taking location. Together with a vibrant city spirit and superb modern attractions, it’s no wonder Swansea is a popular place to visit. As the second largest city in Wales, it’s not just award-winning beaches and unspoilt countryside that Swansea can boast about.

The city is home to an award-winning university, a Premier League football team and stadium and an ancient castle, as well as a thriving cultural scene. From cosy pubs in the city to stylish restaurants and bars in the marina to mouth-watering local ice cream parlours on the pier at Mumbles, and with a range of music, dance, theatre, film, festivals and arts venues, there’s something for everybody when it comes to entertainment in Swansea.

Transport Swansea’s train station is on the mainline, providing frequent and convenient links to a range of UK destinations, including London, Bristol, and Birmingham, as well as trains to West Wales. The A483 and the M4 give excellent access to Swansea and mean Cardiff, Bristol and Carmarthen are all within easy reach. Swansea has three Park and Ride sites, and there is also a comprehensive network of bus routes to villages, towns, and cities in the area. For destinations further afield, the nearest international airport is Cardiff International, just an hour away, and has a good selection of both national and international destinations, whether for business or pleasure.
