Southgate is within walking distance of Three Cliffs Bay, Pennard Castle, Pennard Golf Club, Pwlldu Bay and Pobbles Bay. A range of pubs, restaurants, cafe's to enjoy are all a short walk away.

Fitted with a combination of comfortable, contemporary and traditional furnishings, the living area is equipped with a Smart TV and an Amazon Echo-dot that connects to Alexa allowing you to play music, read the news or even find out the weather.
Three bedrooms have king-size beds. One has single bunk beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes with drawers and storage space.
Downstairs, there is a walk in shower room and toilet. The upstairs bathroom has a bath & shower.

There’s plenty to do in the local area The National Waterfront Museum, the Dylan Thomas Centre and Swansea Museum offer a fascinating window into the history of the city and its residents, while the Quadrant and the city centre offer a wealth of shopping options to suit every taste and pocket. Transport Swansea’s train station is on the mainline, providing frequent and convenient links to a range of UK destinations, including London, Bristol, and Birmingham, as well as trains to West Wales. The A483 and the M4 give excellent access to Swansea and mean Cardiff, Bristol and Carmarthen are all within easy reach. Swansea has three Park and Ride sites, and there is also a comprehensive network of bus routes to villages, towns, and cities in the area. For destinations further afield, the nearest international airport is Cardiff International, just an hour away, and has a good selection of both national and international destinations, whether for business or pleasure.
